• Account Specifics: For private invite tools (e.g. Canva Pro, GitHub Copilot), your registered email address to receive the official invitation.

2. How We Use Your Data

We treat customer data with strict confidentiality. Your data is used exclusively to:

• Send your login credentials, activation invites, and password updates via WhatsApp or Email.
• Verify local Pakistani payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer).
• Provide customer support, replacements, and renewal reminders.
• Maintain order history for warranty fulfillment.

3. Payment Security & No Storage of Bank Credentials

We NEVER ask for or store your bank passwords, debit/credit card CVV codes, or ATM PIN numbers. All payments are initiated manually by customers via their own JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking apps directly to our verified business accounts.

4. Zero Third-Party Selling or Spam

We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or email address to marketing agencies, data brokers, or advertisers. You will only receive communications concerning your active orders or support queries.

5. Data Retention & Removal

Order records are securely maintained in our encrypted database for the duration of the subscription warranty. You can request deletion of your contact records at any time by messaging our WhatsApp support.
